Wendy has extensive experience in Human Resources, Employment Relations, and Talent Acquisition. She was involved in numerous projects to understand business acumen and design and improve overall organizational health. She was involved in incident investigation pertaining to human error and trained and developed business improvement strategies in both technical and non-technical organizations. Wendy is also a registered psychometrist and specializes in career design, organizational climate studes, and group dynamics. Her vision is to improve business group dynamics that will enhance organizational well-being as well as provide learning and development processes that will sustain this.
